You should be a problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. The ideal candidate is an open-minded and curious listener who is able to pick up context quickly and can and can navigate ambiguity to get to the heart of the problem. They have the curiosity to dig deeper into data. They are no happy just reporting a 10% increase, but want to figure out why 10% is 10%.   

Responsibilities

  •  Initiates and leads efforts to develop innovative solutions to unique and/or complex business challenges.  Solutions typically require coordination across the business as well as some coordination with other businesses, including multiple systems, or systems not directly controlled by the business 
  • Educates others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed and maintained and provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality ·        Completes the necessary process models and documentation to enable agreement from the stakeholders on the process and enable ongoing sustainability of the process.
  • Develops external benchmarking and metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Conducts analysis to determine underlying cause and determine acceptable solutions for resolution to address complex business issues.   
  • Works independently and with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommends changes to business processes 
  • Use of Value Stream Analysis and Improvement, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma or similar process design methodologies
  • Proficient with technology, including office applications, sales force automation, database systems, executing data imports, running exports, merging records, and running reports
  • Identify need for and develops analysis tools such as distribution and trending reports, scorecards, tables, executive summaries, spreadsheets, graphics, presentations, and flow charts, for implementation of new systems, processes, procedures, methodologies, policies or organizational changes.
  • Present, educate, and champion the use of business intelligence tools to gain business insights across all levels of the organization

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in technical or business fields and 5+ years relevant experience including transformation initiatives, process design, business performance management, and change management
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise wide business transformation efforts; designing and deploying change across multiple organizations 
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and waterfall methods
  • Experience with translating business processes and requirements into technical solutions
  • Demonstrated written, oral communication & presentation skills
  • End-to-end value chain knowledge and experience
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Experience between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
  • Must have a solid understanding of application programming, database and system design.
