National Sales Director (NSD) is responsible for leading a team with the objective of increasing Calix market share into an established Calix National Account. The NSD must have a high level of insight into the Network Service Provider marketplace from a business and infrastructure perspective including intimate knowledge of the customer, their business models, technology, and competitors. Candidates must be experts in developing winning sales strategies & tactics and have proven leadership skills.
Lead a team of sales professionals responsible for a National Account. Manage account as a business to increase market share and ensure profitability. Develop strategie sto ensure Calix products and services are being utilized by the customer across their network to grow their business. Provide market input on product development and price strategies.
Candidates must have established relationships and experience selling into a National Account. Minimum of 8-10 years in IP, ATM, TDM internetworking, transmission, switching and service creation and provisioning. Prospects require a strong track record of continuous customer success and results. Candidates must be competitive, cooperative, and work well with customers both internal and external.
