The Director, Sales Engineering - National Accounts role will lead the Nationals SE team at Calix.
This position is responsible for leading and managing the pre-sales technical engagement team covering Calix’s National (US) customers. This roll will require strong people management and leadership skills. This role will also require strong capabilities to interact, influence and negotiate with senior technical staff and management within Calix’s telecommunications operator customers. Candidate should have a strong technical background and knowledge of telecommunications Voice, Data, and Video networking. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with multiple audiences and levels within both internal and external organizations are required.
