This is a remote position located in the West Region.

Work with account teams around North America to target and sell the right consulting services engagement or offer to existing, or to new, CSP customers.


As part of our Worldwide Services Sales team you will be selling to new Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts along with established Calix customers and working with Calix Services Leadership to define a new generation of Services offerings as we blaze a new trail in advanced SDA and Cloud solutions.


  • Coordinate with the existing account plan to create and deliver a specific services plan that maximizes value for the customer and long-term revenue potential for Calix.
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of consulting and support offerings.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue using, while creating satisfied customers.
  • Evangelize the Calix Services vision through in-person and remote presentations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.

  • 5+ years’ experience selling services solutions to enterprise customers
  • Experience selling to Communications Services vertical
  • Experience selling Professional Services
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Executes recognized sales methods, processes and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent)


Travel is required, approximately 40%-50%
