Massive change is occurring in the traditional service provider market with Calix positioned to play a key role in enabling our customers to deliver the best subscriber experience through agile software solutions, analytics and the cloud.

 

In this role, you will be part of a unique and new program within the company. The program provides the opportunity to learn new skills through training and on the job learning. This opportunity will provide education into Calix and how markets are created.  This role will provide exposure to different products, working across functions and at different maturity level of product life cycles.

 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer acquisition and data-driven marketing and who wants to discover and optimize new ways to engage with customers and prospects.  This person will be key as we drive new pilots, programs, and learning initiatives for the wider demand generation and marketing team.  This is an exciting opportunity for any aspiring Sales or Marketing student to come into a high growth, fast paced environment and get real hands on experience building a Demand Generation program. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with key internal stakeholders to support the development of Demand Generation programs.
  • Ensuring our CRM tools have clean data for outbound marketing and Demand Generation.
  • Researching prospect, contact and persona details in SFDC and other tools
  • Gathering content to support Sales enablement
  • Assist with data general data clean up initiatives
  • Loading salesforce campaigns and tying to Pardot campaigns
  • Begin to format and maintain targeted marketing lists
  • Assist with adding new segmentation information to existing accounts and contacts (Job function, contact information, product preferences, product power users, etc.)
  • Add additional segmentations to company database

 

Qualifications

  • Working towards marketing/communication/business/sales degree
  • Excel and data entry experience
  • Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred
  • Team player
  • Experience in a role or project requiring analytical problem solving and analysis
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization
  • Detail oriented
  • Available to work effectively with a high tolerance for ambiguity and fast changing environments
  • Microsoft Office software suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
