Help fuel growth and drive transformation in demand generation at Calix.  The Demand Generation Coordinator will be responsible driving end-to-end campaign design, implementation, and optimization.  S/he will work closely product marketing, sales to implement and execute demand generation programs.

 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer acquisition and data-driven marketing and who wants to discover and optimize new ways to engage with customers and prospects.  This person may also participate in new pilots, programs, and learning initiatives for the wider demand generation and marketing team.  If driving customer engagement and accelerating buying cycles to grow revenue is what motivates you, please apply to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated campaign plans
  • Own day-to-day campaign execution. Project manage campaign development and execution across marketing, sales, operations, and other key contributing team members
  • Monitor and analyze campaign execution using cross-channel campaign performance data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop key campaign assets including content, outbound emails, social media posts, etc.
  • Take responsibility for implementation of demand generation programs such as webinars, paid media, etc.
  • Partner with sales to support strong pipeline development and progression.
  • Own implementation and tracking in key measurement and marketing automation tools such as Pardot and TaskRay 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years experience B2B marketing
  • Experience working closely with sales, product marketing, and content marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with demand generation tools such as Google Analytics, Pardot, SEO, Twitter and LinkedIn in professional capacity
  • Strong project management skills, preferably in demand generation
  • Understand the concept of a buyer's journey with marketing content and channels for each stage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  •  Team Orientation - Willingness and ability to work in close collaboration with others to reach goals, and subordinate personnel agendas and recognize team performance
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can crop up.
  • Flexible work schedules and the willingness to travel (including potential evening, weekend and holiday work).
